Our two PhD students actively participated in the International Symposium – Neutrophil, which took place from September 17th to 19th in Munich, Germany. Letícia Hudecová presented a study where they discovered how the concentration of cathelicidin in neutrophil extracellular traps is specific to the inducer and affects their stability and immunogenicity. Emil Bečka presented how a formyl peptide receptor agonist contributes to maintaining neutrophil alertness against pathogens after trauma.
